In Carter County, two people are dead, including a pedestrian who was mowing a yard, after a motorcycle crash.The Tennessee Highway Patrol says Billy Hilton Junior was driving a motorcycle at a high rate of speed on Highway 91 near Price Road, and was behind a driver in a GMC Arcadia.A crash report states Hilton Jr. hit the driver of the SUV, and went off the side of the road, striking a pedestrian that was mowing a yard beside the road.
