There is finally a settlement between Washington County, Tennessee, and Ballad Health have agreed to a payment amount after the county previously owed more than $2 million in medical services for inmates.The amount the county has to pay was reduced to $478,515, according to Sheriff Keith Sexton and Mayor Joe Grandy.
