Terminate Turner is a group that is publicly requested the resignation of Johnson City Police Chief Karl Turner following a lawsuit that accuses him of not investigating a series of rape accusations against one man who is not identified in the suit.That lawsuit claims Turner then fired a federal prosecutor who urged the chief to take action.Now the group is organizing on Facebook with plans to show up to Thursday night’s city commission meeting.
