Norton Police Chief James Lane, honored with a $10,000 check from the Florida based “Running 4 Heroes.”The organization was founded by a 13-year-old with the goal to honor police officers who have died or were injured in the line of duty.Lane was severely injured last year when he was shot ending a shoplifting incident.
