With the current superintendent leaving this month for a new job in the middle of the state, Carter County school board members interviewed three finalists to become the next director of schools Monday.The finalists include an elementary school principal inside the system, an assistant principal from Middle Tennessee and a middle school principal from a small town near Chattanooga.
