The Bristol Chamber of Commerce says the hospitality industry is suffering the most to get people to work. Beth Rhinehart President and CEO of the Bristol Chamber of Commerce says in our region, there’s a 53% labor participation rate.That means 47% of people in the area are not working.Rhinehart attributes part of the problem to the ease of workers to be eligible for unemployment benefits during the height of the pandemic.
