The very famous University of Tennessee Rock was painted over the weekend to show support for Milligan University after student-athlete Eli Cramer was killed in a hit-and-run last week.”Cramer Strong” was the main message displayed on the rock. It was also painted with the Milligan logo, and “One Tennessee.”‘
