Two people have been charged following a fatal shooting that happened in Johnson City on Saturday, according to police.Officers responded to 1700 Dave Buck Road, which is the Doe Ridge Apartments, in reference to a reported gunshot fired in the parking lot.Officers found a white male at the apartment complex dead from a single gunshot wound to the head.Both are being held on bond n the Washington County, Tennessee detention ceenter.
