According to a release from a student organization, you are invited to ETSU PartyBucs 90’s Prom. This event is free and open to the public, and you don’t do not have to be actively enrolled in ETSU to attend. On April 21 from 8 p.m. until 10 p.m. at the ETSU Culp Center Ballroom, there will be food, dancing, prizes and giveaways. Event materials specify that the dance is for “college aged” individuals.
