The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is reporting 31 deadly use-of-force incidents that occurred in the state in its 2021 report released on Wednesday.According to the report, 11 incidents occurred in a residents. Nine occurred on a highway, road, alley, sidewalk, or street.June, August, and October accounted for nearly half of the reported deaths.
