An area in Bristol referred to as the Seven 14 project is moving forward featuring apartments, offices and dining. The work continues on the corner of 7th Street and Shelby Street in Downtown Bristol on the multi-use development with hopes of completion in 2024.In 2019, the Bristol, Tennessee City Council approved plans for the mixed-use project for commercial and residential purposes. The project was due to be finished this year but supply chain issues have disrupted the schedule according to developers.
