Sullivan County has been awarded federal funds through the department of homeland security and FEMA.It’s part of the Emergency Food and Shelter National Board Program.The county has been chosen to receive $194,000 for area agencies that provide emergency food and shelter.It’s designed to help expand resources of these agencies in high need areas of the county.
