Tennessee Rep. Scotty Campbell is calling for more action to find why these incidents continue to happen like at the Northeast Correctional Complex in Mountain City that left a corrections officer injured. Campbell recently helped secure funding to increase the wages of those officers and help recruit new correctional officers.He said that’s not enough though and is calling for review of the administration and the policies and procedures of the prison.
