Two years after 15-month-old Evelyn Boswell was first reported missing in Sullivan County, her memory continues to carry on.Baby Evelyn Boswell was reported missing in February 2020. Her remains were ultimately found on Boswell family property on March 6, 2020.A group of mothers who call themselves Evelyn’s Army fed Sullivan County investigators through the entire length of the search and investigation. The group also came up with Evelyn’s Comfort Bags. The bags include a toy, coloring book officer can give kids while on calls.
