With the highest smoking rate in the country, a youth tobacco prevention program is launching in Wise County in the next week.The program initiated from a partnership with the University of Virginia Cancer Center, the Southwest Virginia Advisory Board, UVA-Wise and the Virginia Cooperative Extension.Organizers say tobacco usage is one of four top priority areas identified by the advisory board.
