With mllions of dollars coming to localities across Northeast Tennessee, now the time is coming for local governments to decide how to spend it.The American Rescue Plan will give over $360 billion to state and local governments across the nation to spend on a variety of needs. Sullivan and Washington Counties are two of the largest according to population.Sullivan County mayor Richard Venable says long overdue projects will be tackled including better infrastructure.then in Washington County MAyor Joe Gransy says water to rural areas will get attention.
