The Johnson City Christmas Parade will return to downtown next month after the event was canceled last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.The event is going to be hosted by the Blue Plum Organization.Registration for the businesses and organizations wishing to enter floats is underway. The last day to register is November 22.Prizes will be awarded for the three floats that best incorporate this year’s theme which is The Nutcracker.
