A new $10 million housing development is under construction in Kingsport.It’s called Caymus Yard and it’s located between Polk Street and East Center Street.The development will include 22 patio homes and eight 2-bedroom townhouses.The street for the new neighborhood is called Caymus Yard — and the entire property will be surrounded by a 6-foot aluminum fence.
