Real Estate Fraud Case

A Wise, Virginia, husband and wife have been indicted by a federal grand jury on multiple charges, including wire fraud and aggravated identity theft, according to the United States Department of Justice.According to court documents, Jessee Allen Deloach, 40, and Natasha Ashley Miller Deloach, 38, owned and operated Koltown Properties, a real estate agency with locations in both Wise and Abingdon.From March 1, 2016 through November 30, 2019, the couple created at least 19 fraudulent residential sales contracts and submitted them to multiple advance commission companies in order to fraudulently obtain money, according to the indictment.
