With Halloween approaching it’s time for scarecrows to return to Main Street in Greeneville.And there’s a new participant this year, Southbound Real Estate is in the running.The 12th annual contest is filled with colorful displays.25 scarecrows are entered this year, with eight different categories for the public to vote on. The scarecrows all have different themes.Voting is open through October 24, and each category will receive a gift certificate and bragging rights.
