Funeral arrangements are being announced for Sullivan County Deputy Roger Mitchell, who passed away last week from COVID-19.The family will receive friends Saturday from 12 p.m. to 1:45 pm at Higher Ground Baptist Church, located at 1625 Lynn Garden Drive in Kingsport.A Celebration of Life Service will begin at 2 p.m. with Pastor Steve Pate officiating. Following the indoor service there will be a 21 gun salute honoring the blife of Deputy Mitchell.
