Changes at ETSU, A building more than a century old on the ETSU side of the VA campus is getting a makeover.The university announced a $4 million renovation project on the first floor of the Charles Allen Hall building.It’ll be home to the university’s new masters program for Orthotics and Prosthetics along with the doctorate program for Occupational Therapy.
