Harmony Freewill Baptist Church in Carter County is soon hosting its back-to-school bash.This year is no different, but there will be some changes because of the pandemic.The event will take place at Hampton High School on July 31. Each school zone will come at a different time.Students from city and county schools are invited and all you have to do is show up.PAstor BRandon Young says this year is a zone for Elizabethton Schools.
