Community leaders joined local physicians in Kingsport at the site of a future orthopedic surgery center.A groundbreaking ceremony kicked off the $17 million project located at Wallace Alley Street.Once complete, the Center for Advanced Bone and Joint Surgery will house four operating rooms with space for expansion.
