A major expansion at a local Food City is adding more than just space.Company officials say it’s creating 50 to 75 new jobs at the location on Clinchfield Street in Kingsport.Construction is underway for Phase One, which is expected to be completed by early fall.Phase Two is scheduled for January 2022 and it includes the addition of a Starbucks.
