A Johnson City man accused of attacking a victim with a knife has been arrested, according to the Johnson City Police Department. Police responded to Leland Trailer Park. The victim told police that he went to 51-year-old Jack Arrowood’s trailer to confront him about an earlier incident. The victim added when he knocked on the door, Arrowood opened it and attacked him with a large knife.
