An incident in downtown Johnson City where a man is accused of pointing a gun at several people was arrested Monday, according to police.Officers with the Johnson City Police Department arrested 52-year-old Brian Heikkinen and charged him with four counts of aggravated assault.Police said the arrest came following an investigation into an incident that occurred on May 27 in downtown Johnson City.
