All mask requirements for students and staff members at Johnson County Schools have been lifted by the board of education. The board voted 3-1 Thursday night to eliminate all mask requirements. Students and staff members will no longer be required to wear masks or face coverings while on school property. Students and staff members may choose to continue wearing face coverings if they choose to. In addition, the board voted to lift all COVID-19-related restrictions on parent volunteers.
