A Kingsport man accused of assaulting an officer is facing multiple charges following the breach at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.An indictment was unsealed Friday by the District of Columbia includes Albuquerque Cosper HEad, 41, of Kingsport and a man from Iowa and one from Buffalo, New York.According to the DOJ, all three men were indicted on charges related to their assault of Metropolitan Police Department Officer Michael Fanone, as well as other crimes.
