A Washington County, Tennessee, judge has heard evidence in the case of a man accused of killing a woman and dumping her body in the Watauga River on Christmas Eve of 2016.The case of Zefrin Parker was bound over to a grand jury.Parker was arrested in Asheville in December 2020. He accused of killing Keila Marie Gilbert-Taylor.Police said Gilbert-Taylor’s body was found by fishermen. DNA at the scene led to Parker’s arrest, according to authorities.
