A Tennessee bill in committee would require businesses which allow members of either biological sex to use restrooms to post a notice at entrances.The bill is sponsored by Representative Tim Rudd (R-Murfreesboro) and Senator Paul Rose (R-Shelby County). Under the proposed legislation, a public or private entity or business operating a facility open to the public would have to post a notice at the entrance of each restroom and building entrance if they allow either biological sex to use any public restroom.
