A Johnson City man is now charged with attempted robbery after police said he entered a liquor store, presented a note demanding money, and then fled when the employee threatened to call police.Police said the incident happened Wednesday afternoon at AAA Package Store on West Market Street.Officers arrested 24-year-old Stephen Hensley and charged him with attempted robbery. He is being held on a $20,000 bond. He is due in court Tuesday, February 16.
