One person is dead after a crash on Highway 11W in Hawkins County on Thursday morning.According to a crash report from the Tennessee Highway Patrol, a 2001 Chrysler Town and Country van was driving on the highway near the Carters Valley Loop intersection around 6:44 a.m.The van reportedly went off the right side of the road and through a median.THP reports the Chrysler hit a small culvert and came to a stop.The report says the driver, Michael Lawson, 64, of Rogersville, had died.
