A Jonesborough man is jailed Monday and is scheduled for arraignment on gun, resisting arrest and numerous drug charges. Johnson City Police tells us, 37 year old Cheyenne Lowery of 170 Hall Road, Jonesborough was originally wanted for felony evading from both Johnson City and Jonesborough when police located him at a local hotel. During the arrest, officers discovered more than seven grams of methamphetamine, nearly 500 Xanax pills, a handgun and more than five thousand dollars in cash.
