(KINGSPORT) – Officers in Kingsport bring in a man for a list of charges.
Officials tell reporters Matthew Serpas, pulled a 75-year-old newspaper carrier from his van at a gas station, throwing him to the ground…then fleeing in the vehicle.
Serpas is charged with carjacking in the Oct. 28 incident at Zoomerz on Sullivan Gardens Parkway.
