Snow Indicted For Tax Crimes

(ROGERSVILLE) – A Rogersville man faces a list of charges from the IRS.

A federal grand jury indicted Brian Snow for obstruction of tax laws, filing fraudulent multi-million dollar liens against government employees and filing false claims for tax refunds.

Prosecutors say Snow hasn’t filed timely and accurate income tax returns in almost two decades and owes the Internal Revenue Service over $150,000. If convicted, Snow faces up to 20 years in prison.
